The list is held by CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG in Germany, on German servers, under a data processing agreement. They send the mail and do nothing else with the address.

Nothing crosses the gap
The link from the interview carries no session, no token and no identifier, and this page sends no referrer back. The two sets sit in different systems with no field in common, so there is no key to join them on. Not for us, and not for anyone who ever gets hold of both.
Why the form is on a different site
The chatbot cannot collect an address, because there is nowhere for one to go. So the form lives here rather than at the end of the conversation, where it would have been easier to put.
Why only the week
Two exact timestamps a few seconds apart would be a link in everything but name, and at this size a very reliable one.
The one number we do count
This page has a second address that the interview links to, and our web server counts how often it is opened. That is the entire measurement: a number per day, with no address, no browser and no device against it. It tells us how many people came this way, never which ones.
